BeyondSilos at BSA conference on “ICT and Integrated Care”
BeyondSilos partner BSA organised a well recognised conference on “ICT and Integrated Care Conference” in Barcelona on 12th and 13th of November 2015. The conference was very well attended by almost 200 people from international research and practice.
The focus of the fifth edition of the conference was this year on “Integrated Care, the solution to the society’s challenges”. BeyondSilos played a very important role in the conference as one of the main topics attendees and presenters discussed was integrated care models and their implementation and mainstreaming.
BeyondSilos partners Adriano Fernandes from Santa Casa da Misericordia Amadora (Portugal) and Lucas Donat from LaFe Valencia (Spain) presented pilot implementations and lessons learned during development and implementation phases. Further to this, representatives from CareWell (http://www.carewell-project.eu), SmartCare (http://pilotsmartcare.eu) and MasterMind (http://mastermind-project.eu/) were invited to promote synergies not only among them but with stakeholders from Iberian regions.
