6th Training School will take place on 5th October 2016

As part of its training & mentoring programme, the BeyondSilos project will hold its 6th training school on the topics of “Upscaling & Mainstreaming Guidelines” on Crete, Greece on the 5th October 2016.

The workshop is mainly addressed to researchers, health and social care practitioners, health and social care providers and communities working in the implementation of integrated e-care services.

The training event will be divided into three main parts:

- Welcome & Approach

- Actions and success factors on integrated care- The EIP AHA Maturity Model

- Innovations in Active and Healthy Ageing- Guidelines for Deployment of integrated eCare

Active preparation

We would like the training school to be a highly interactive event, with everyone participating actively at all
stages, and the programme is designed to achieve this.

You are therefore cordially invited to come well prepared and ready for action. What do you want to learn?
